Short Answer:

To integrate the store with your website, log into the manager, and click on the CODE tab.  That will walk you through setting up your store.  Once you have completed that step, you can visit your website to see it in action.  You will see that the shopping cart categories and product pages are typically created automatically in your website, although there are other ways to integrate the cart such as by using a "Buy now" type button (see related questions below). With the product catalog being generated on your site, you can then add a variety of menus that we offer on the CODE tab as well, or you can make your simply link to category/product pages from your own website's menus.
