Short Answer:

This is not possible, however, you can create a single category, and assign the products to that one category, then on your site, link directly to that category.

Detailed Information:

To do this

1. First, create a category
2. Create your product(s) and then assign it to that category.
3. Next, create a link on your website directly to that category (see related article).
4. Some people also find find it useful to disable the breadcrumb trails feature on the catalog (under SETTINGS > Catalog Settings), as this prevents the shopper from ever seeing the links back to the single category, or MAIN level category.
