Short Answer:

This  is caused by one of the following:

1. when the shopping cart software cannot determine what account your  site is using.
2. Your account is no longer active with us, but you have not removed the cart codes from your site.
   

Detailed Explanation:

1. This can be caused by not having the correct header code on the page.  Re-copy and paste the header code on to your  page to be sure it’s correct.
   
2. If you have checked the previous step, and it has not solved your problem, then please contact us.  It is possible your account is disabled.
