Short Answer:

As for a Privacy Policy, and Terms of Use (Terms and Conditions), we cannot provide this as it varies from business to business.  You may however find out if your merchant account provider can help you with this; or you may be able to find another website in your industry to get some ideas.

As for the Secure shopping notice, this is a way to indicate to your shoppers that your site is indeed secure and uses high quality encryption (protection) to protect them.  We have some generic text  you may use, but you must revise and approve it to fit your business.  We assume no liability in you using these  statements and merely provide this as a suggestion/guideline for your own text.

Detailed Explanation:

Security text. SHORT version:

“Protected with 128-bit secure SSL encryption.”

Security text. LONG version:

“We've done our best to ensure the privacy and  security of your transactions. Your credit card number and other personal  information will be treated with the highest standards of safety, security and  confidentiality.

Orders placed on our site are encrypted using a  secure method known as "SSL technology" - so your transactions are  protected with the highest 128-bit encryption standard on the web. You can tell  when you are shopping securely when you see either a solid key icon or a locked  padlock icon at the lower portion of your browser window; If you do not see one  of these icons, please contact your Internet service provider.  You will also see that the website address  begins with https, instead of just HTTP (notice the “S" at the end of “HTTP”).   With SSL, information sent via the  Internet can be trusted to arrive privately and unaltered to our server only.  When we transfer and receive certain types of sensitive information such as  financial information, we will redirect you to a secure server.

Please remember that e-mail messages are not  encrypted, and so they are not a secure means of transmitting credit card  numbers. If you're still unsure about ordering over the Internet, just call us,  and we'll be able to help you.”
