Short Answer: We have found it to be ideal in most situations to use the application (usually free) from your carrier company, and export the data from your store, and then import it into your carrier’s software, for batch label printing. Detailed Explanation: Here is a sample process: First, from the manager, go to export your orders, and export the necessary fields. Your carrier should tell you which fields they require. You can even save the export, so that every day, you can easily export again with the same settings. Then, go to your carrier’s software program and import this file. You may need to convert the file to another format, depending on what your carriers software allows. UPS for example, explains this process in more detail on their website, using their WorldShip product (http://www.ups.com/media/en/SampleOrderImport1.pdf).
