Navigation:  You will notice that our knowledge-base structure follows the same structure as the shopping cart manager (admin, backend).  However, you may not be familiar with where things are in our admin, so you can use the "Browse by Category" dropdown to help you find the category you are looking for.  You should also note that a question may be found in multiple categories.

Searching:  The search tool in our knowledge base is very handy as you can even search multiple, select categories, to help you narrow your search.

Feedback:  Feedback will not be responded to and will only be used to improve articles; and therefore, feedback should not be used to ask specific questions to problems or needs you may have in relation to your personal shopping cart account.

Convenience:  You will find a lot of tools to make it easier for you such as the ability to email, bookmark, print, and give feedback on articles.  We even have a glossary to help you understand words that you may be unfamiliar with.  They show up within the text of the articles whenever such a word appears.
