Short Answer:

Missing things  can include things such as stylesheets, menus, rollover images, Javascript  elements and more.  This can affect any  secure page, such as the customer login page.

The manager is probably missing  your secure items.  Since secure pages  are hosted on our server, you need to be sure you have uploaded your files into  the manager.  The manager knows how to get most of these on its own.  If you  need more explanation of “why” than you may want to refer to our video training  which overview how the secure pages work.

Detailed Explanation:

Verify  that all the images were uploaded into the manager’s secure page.  Go  to CODE tab, and then next to checkout  settings, click the ”Edit Secure  Page HTMLbutton.  You can upload your  files (e.g. stylesheet, JavaScript, missing rollover images, etc) here.
