Short Answer:

This problem only occurs with Firefox, Netscape, and other Mozilla based browsers.  If it does however, work with Internet Explorer, then the issue is with your browser.  We do not know why these browsers have this problem, but we have found a fix for this.

Detailed Explanation:

First off, be  sure that you are uploading a zip file. Once you are sure of that, please  follow the instructions below, depending on the browser you are using:

Netscape / Mozilla
  In your  browser’s menu, go to:  EditPreferencesAdvancedHTTP  Networking and select "HTTP 1.0" instead of "HTTP 1.1"

Firefox
  In your  address bar, type:   about:config
  Then scroll  down to where it says "network.http.version" and change it to 1.0  instead of 1.1
