Short Answer:

If something is missing, or as disappeared, chances are that your site is using our Custom Templates, and there is a tag missing. Remember that templates can be applied to individual categories, not just the entire store.

Detailed Explanation:

This can result from:

     
  • Your designer forgot to include that tag when he made the template, not knowing you were going to use that feature.
  •  
  • Us adding a new feature to the shopping cart (and therefore new CODE REPLACEMENT tag) since your template was designed/created.
